A visionary Festival needs visionary Friends – like you!

We are currently curating the 2018 London Festival of Baroque Music, which will take place from 11 to 19 May 2018. A French theme will prevail, including a celebration of the 350th anniversary of the birth of François Couperin (b. 1668) and a staged production of Charpentier’s Histoires Sacrées.

Any music festival incurs major costs, especially one such as ours that invites so many top international artists to London. In the past two years alone we have enjoyed visits by such illustrious names as the Bach Collegium Japan, María Cristina Kiehr, Bruce Dickey, Mahan Esfahani and Roberta Invernizzi. It hardly needs saying that, in today’s economic climate, bringing artists like these over to London is not getting easier.

Much Baroque music would never have been composed without the generosity of the great patrons of the era. Will you follow their example and help us realise our plans for LFBM 2018? If this Festival means as much to you as it does to us, please join us and be a Friend of LFBM today.

Help us to keep bringing London audiences the Baroque music they deserve.
